I have won at times and I have lost at time but it was my choice to gamble period! That’s why they call it gambling! No Casino is perfect and it depends upon your personal experience of what your perception is of perfection.! Different strokes for different folks! There are choices. Maybe you like hamburger and someone else I like salads. If you have issues with claustrophobia on elevators, ask if they have a bottom floor before you book your room and tell them your concern! Security is not obligated to assist you on that! That stair protocol is a security measure! The food: I have never gotten a bad meal at Goldstrike or any of its eateries.

One poster had issues with wanting to take the stairs because of claustrophobia: Those stairs are taken for emergencies only which you will be directed to take in case of valid emergencies. Housekeeping dept button is on your room phone. The Rooms: I have never gotten an uncomfortable or dirty room! If you have pertinent issue with your room, please call the proper dept. They will help you but please do not disrespect them just because you lost at the Casino or maybe do not understand the machines. read the instructions, put at least a dollar in the machine and pick the right option! In regards to Staff: They are professional and you need to tell them what you are trying to obtain. I read the reviews on this site and am convinced that those negative reviews are mainly unfounded!
